Introduction
The Global Shared Services Business Analyst is responsible to support the management system within the global BPO Procurement organization. Holds a wide range of day-to-day operational roles and responsibilities where needs to ensure about preparation, presentation and action plans next to various ad hoc items. Acts as a focal point within the Procurement organization for Finance and create various reports and dashboard for the executive leadership.
Your role and responsibilities
The Global Shared Services Business Analyst is responsible to support the management system within the global BPO Procurement organization.
Main Responsibility Areas:
• Supports BPO Procurement financial reporting process by consolidating input from BPO Procurement GEO Leads and Delivery Project Executives

• Regular and ad hoc report consolidation and go-to person for financial analysis
• Manages projects on talent and skill tracking
• Regular interface with leadership team and dedicated focal points to understand expectations and requirements
• Main focal for the Finance organization
• Handling ad hoc issues: coordinating RCA, mitigation & action plan to ensure consistency of delivery
• Providing early heads up, ensuring that global leadership is made aware of any critical issues which could impact overall results
• Identifying, communicating and (where agreed) implementing system and process improvements that lead to enhanced productivity.
• Provide assistance to BPO Procurement Global Shared Services Lead
Required education
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred education
Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Strong finance background is required
- Strong oral and verbal communication skills (English)
