Your role and responsibilities
Irish project is loooking for developer to Perform design, development and testing of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12) solutions using Oracle SOA Suite capabilities (BPEL, Oracle Service Bus, XML, XSLT and Web Services) and PL/SQL.
The role will require working with functional consultants to understand requirements/functional design, DBAs, and test managers to support/execute/support system/integration testing - including the remediation of identified defect.
Perform or Support in the following:
- Design, develop, and implement data migration strategies for Oracle EBS projects.
- Define data mapping and transformation rules between legacy systems and Oracle EBS modules.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
- ETL Development & Implementation:
- Develop and execute ETL scripts, PL/SQL procedures, and APIs for seamless data migration.
- Utilize tools like Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), SQL Loader, and Data Pump for efficient data transfers.
- Optimize data migration processes to improve performance and scalability.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with functional consultants to understand data requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and database teams to define and implement data migration best practices.
Testing & Validation:
- Conduct unit testing and data validation checks before and after migration.
- Support client performed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance policies
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred education
Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
In-depth knowledge of the principles and practices related to SOA.
Developing and executing service-oriented solutions
Understanding of data model for Oracle EBS Release 12.2 (or higher)
Familiar with Oracle Weblogic Server and Oracle Fusion Middleware architecture
Proven database application developement experience.
