  • Develop, test, and maintain Windows applications (Desktop) using WPF/WinForms with C# and the .NET Framework.
  • Provide production support during the first six workdays of each month to ensure system stability during the finance close process.
  • Modify Microsoft SQL Server database objects (tables, stored procedures, functions, views) as requirements evolve.
  • Implement new features based on technical specifications and business needs.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices (e.g., SOLID principles).
  • Participate in the design of application components and features, applying common software design patterns.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Refactor code to enhance performance and readability.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA testers, and finance partners.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, providing and incorporating constructive feedback.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Utilize version control systems effectively (e.g., Git).
  • Follow the team's development lifecycle and processes.
  • Document technical designs, processes, and application usage.
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of professional experience with .NET Framework.
  • Strong proficiency with WPF and XAML for desktop application development.
  • Proven experience with SQL Server, including database design, queries, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with Git for source control and collaborative development.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience or familiarity with Health Insurance or Financial industries.
  • Experience working closely with business departments, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Education Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$79,310.00 - $158,620.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
