Your Role and Responsibilities
The Technical Consultants we're looking for at IBM Client Innovation Center - China are energetic people who not only excel in the technical aspects of application development and management, but who have a keen interest in the business side as well -- people who can help IBM build innovative IT solutions to help our clients transform their business to gain competitive advantage and grow.

As a new starter at IBM, you'll be offered a packaged training covering technologies/skill sets across IBM service lines (including Web/Middleware, Mainframe, Strategy & Analytics, SAP, Oracle, Testing), literature languages, soft skills (such as communications, presentation, time management etc.) under IBM "Competence Model" to help you better deal with your daily job and achieve your career success.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Graduate in 2024 or 2025, Bachelor degree or above.
  • Ability to translate business solutions into technical requirements
  • Openness to assist clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of applications.
  • Ability to thrive in an ever changing, technology based Consulting environment
  • A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view
  • Exceptional quantitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of packages
  • Leverages business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands
