＜業務内容＞
お客様のデータセンターに常駐し、メインフレーム、ストレージ、ネットワークシステムなどのハードウェア保守サービスを⾏います。
さらに、お客様からの問い合わせを受けて、適切な調査• 回答、クレーム対応などを⾏っていただきます。
※⼟⽇• 深夜を含めた交代制のシフト勤務有り

• 当サービスはシステムを構成するメインフレーム、ハイエンドストレージシステム、ネットワークシステムなどのハードウェア製品を中⼼に、お客様システムの安定稼働をサポートするチームです。ITインフラを支える新たなチームの⼀員としてチームに携わっていただけます。
• 社内のさまざまなハードウェア• ソフトウェア製品に携わるメンバー（お客様担当SE、営業、国内外の開発部⾨など）と協業しながら案件対応が可能です。

Required technical and professional expertise

• ハードウェア知識、ネットワークに関する知識
• ハイエンドシステムのハードウェア保守スキル
  • ハードウェア知識、ネットワークに関する知識は必須
  • システムのハードウェア保守サービス経験が3年以上ある方
• ハードウェアの問題対応スキル
  • 問題発生時の切り分け、復旧方法検討、実施の経験• スキル
• コミュニケーション能力（お客様からの問いを受けて、適切な調査• 回答、クレーム対応など）
• 日本国内でフルタイムで就労可能であること
• ビジネスで通じる流暢な日本語能力を有すること
• 英語で就労可能な言語能力を持っているか、あるいは習得する意思

Preferred technical and professional experience

• 大規模ITシステムのハードウェア保守経験者
• 大規模ITシステムの設計• 構築経験者
• CISCO 及びネットワーク製品の保守経験者もしくは、CCNA/CCNP資格保有者
• 英語 TOEIC 600 upで且つ英語でのコミュニケーションスキル
• 大規模ITシステムの保守品質の管理スキル、経験
