初任業務としては、大手自動車メーカー様Oracle EBS関連案件の開発/保守について、お客様である大手自動車メーカー様と開発• 保守を担うIBMインドチームとのブリッジSEとして橋渡しを担う。

また、PM/PMOとして同領域の各種案件を管理• 推進する。初任業務完了後は、同大手自動車メーカー様の各種ITシステムの開発• 運用/保守を担う。
• 職務詳細
• 対象領域：Oracle EBS案件(SCM領域 / FINANCE領域)
• 開発/保守に関して、お客様である大手自動車メーカー様(日本)とお客様海外拠点およびIBMインドチーム間を日本語/英語で橋渡しする。
• 運用保守業務の知識や経験を生かして、Oracle EBS開発案件や保守業務を管理• 推進する。
• PM視点でリソース、スケジュール等を管理する。 (インドチームのリソースを考慮し、お客様と作業量を調整するなど)
• 基本的にはリモート (業務に応じて出張の可能性あり)

- More than 5 years of PM and system operation/maintenance experience
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English business communication

Skills in Oracle EBS (Development and operational experience in Oracle EBS)
