Job Description:
We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and driven Corporate Tax Lead to join our corporate tax team to take a lead role in managing the Company's worldwide tax obligations This candidate will ensure the company’s tax positions are compliant with U.S. tax laws and regulations and international transfer pricing standards. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, manage complex tax matters, manage tax planning projects, as well as calculation and documentation of annual federal tax credits. The Corporate Tax Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to a Tax Director.

- Conduct various transfer pricing analyses, ensuring compliance with global regulations and alignment with business objectives
- Support the maintenance of intercompany pricing policies and documentation
- Monitor and evaluate business changes to assess the impact on the Company
- Monitor and evaluate new tax legislation to assess the impact on the Company
- Manage workstreams related to federal tax credits (Work Opportunity Tax Credit, Research and Development, Federal Empowerment Zone, etc.)
- Prepare calculations related to US IRC Section 174
- Review legal entity financials to ensure compliance with legal entity accounting and transfer pricing policies
- Collaborate with external advisors to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
- Support the preparation of tax provisions for financial reporting purposes
- Assist with a range of other various tax planning initiatives and projects as they emerge
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the corporate tax group
- Work closely with internal finance and accounting teams to align tax compliance with business operations

It would be even better if you also had...- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Master’s degree in Accounting or Tax
- BS degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in a corporate tax department and/or at a public accounting firm, working in corporate tax
- Knowledge and application of transfer pricing
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to work well with multiple stakeholders- both internally and externally.
