ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for the support and maintenance of the Workday Human Resource Information System at Howard Hughes. This role is the main point of contact for all functional areas within the HRIS system, including core HCM, recruiting, learning, performance, payroll, and compensation and benefits. The Senior HRIS Analyst is the owner of security processes associated with Workday and is responsible for ensuring data integrity and integration functionality. This position oversees the successful completion of testing and implementation of patches, updates and other technical projects.

What You Will Do
- Workday Process Management
Support end-users by troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Maintain and optimize core HR processes as well as identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Project Delivery & Collaboration
Develop and execute testing (unit, regression, UAT).
Support change management, training, and communications.
- Data Ownership, Security & Access Management
Manage security roles and user permissions and access requests.
Audit data and security to ensure compliance and resolve data and security-related issues.

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years Workday experience; certification a plus.
- Expertise in Workday HCM, recruiting, learning, performance management, payroll, compensation and benefits.
- Proven ability to use business and financial acumen, and translate into business solutions.
- Project delivery experience; project management a plus.
