About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cloud Senior Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our AWS & Azure infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our cloud-based systems. This role demands a strong understanding of AWS & Azure services, cloud architecture, and best practices in cloud security and governance. This role involves monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing cloud resources, implementing best practices for security and compliance, and providing technical support for cloud-based applications and services.
To achieve success in the strategic goals and mission as set forth by leadership and the organization. This position will report to the IT Infrastructure Manager to ensure a customer first philosophy is a must while striving to provide great service and support.
What You Will Do
- Design and Implementation:
- Architect, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure to support business applications.
- Implement and manage AWS environments using best practices and modern architectural frameworks.
- Design, deploy and manage scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure environments.
- Implement and manage virtual networks, VMs, App Services, Storage Accounts, IAM roles and other cloud resources.
- Monitor and optimize cloud resource usage and costs.
- Architect, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure to support business applications.
- Administration and Management:
- Manage AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudFormation, and IAM.
- Monitor system performance and capacity, ensuring high availability and performance of services.

- Support and Troubleshooting:
- Setup and manage monitoring tools and services to ensure the availability and performance of cloud resources and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.

- Provide tier-3 support for AWS-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving incidents and problem tickets with team members.
- Collaborate with development teams to support application deployment and management of the cloud.
- Setup and manage monitoring tools and services to ensure the availability and performance of cloud resources and services.
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain security best practices, including identity and access management, network security, and data protection.
- Ensure the security and compliance of AWS environments by implementing and managing security policies and

- Set up and manage monitoring tools and services to ensure the availability and performance of cloud resources.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of AWS infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
- Generate regular reports on system performance.

- Develop and implement technical designs for infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

About You
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, managing cloud infrastructure, preferably on AWS and Azure.
- Strong technical expertise in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with cloud security practices, including IAM, security groups and firewalls.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tolls such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM Templates
- Knowledge of containerization ad orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Experience with Multiple Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) as well as multiple SaaS services.
- Proven ability to manage IT processes and procedures, including incident management, change management, and performance monitoring.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of Change Management processes and procedures.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, & root cause analysis skills and the ability to translate to immediate team.
- Excellent customer service skills - Must be able to interact in person with customers who are experiencing network/technology related issues.
- Ability and willingness to share knowledge with, lead and mentor team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-energy environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain solid working relationships at all levels across the organization and externally.
