The opportunity
As a Technical Project Manager (f/m/d) you will follow up the status of each project for all auxiliary systems in a HVDC station. You will report the project status to the line manager for future development plans. Our team culture is flexible and cooperative with highest regards for safety and occupational health. How you'll make an impact
- Arranging meetings with all global resources working with Aux System to discuss technical challenges and other relevant topics with the aim to create a team that support each other and share experiences from ongoing work
- Responsible for the base documents for Aux System and updating them, together with the team, when needed
- Ensure that the lessons learned that are brought up from the aux system team members are implemented in relevant base documents and/or shared with relevant parts of our organization
- Process Leader for project execution
- Train new aux system team members in the process
- Update the process when needed
Your Background
- Educational background within Electrical or similar field (B.Sc. or M.Sc.)
- Several years working experience within project engineering and team leadership
- Experience with HVDC or similar industry is an advantage
- You are an engaged, ambitious, and driven individual who thrives in a constantly changing environment. You actively seek collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders, valuing diverse perspective
- As you will be part of a global business, fluency in English and German is required, written, and spoken alike. Swedish is an added merit
