The business's comprehensive portfolio includes power transformers, traction transformers, insulation and components, digital sensors, and transformer services. The Company's transformers have been deployed across power generation, transmission, and distribution to metals and mining, oil and gas, commercial and infrastructure projects, and mobility. As the grid becomes more complex, the transformers play an increasingly vital role in improving power quality and network management.

Mission Statement:
- Service Project Manager focuses on handling, co-ordination, communicating, and implementing an operational plan for completing an Erection & commissioning projects including Preparing plan, vendors finalization process and execution, schedules, cost estimates, monitoring, support, installation, testing and/or commissioning of new equipment, etc.
- Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan; taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identifying, developing, and gathering the resources necessary to complete the project.
- May include support, handle, resolve the problems, developing project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; and arranging materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
- A Team coordinator handles the contractors, third party engineers, inter department teams etc.
- Responsibilities typically include Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.
- Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex.
- Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handling, co ordinating Service orders, executions, vendor finalization, timely delivery etc.
- Safety, procurement, providing to sites, vendor payments timely etc
- Taking care of service equipments, calibration, asset, physical good, repaired etc.
- Ensures ARC of vendors, CCQQ, compliance, new vendor registrations.
- Logistics of service equipments from one site to another.
- Audits: Safety, global & ISO audits documentation, site data monitoring & updates time to time.
- Co ordinating service meets, vendor meets & other events
- Customer invoice, payment collection, BGs, contract closures etc.
- Latest Technical guidelines implementing, educating to team.
- Should be handle technical & commercial things so that After Sales -should be improved according to past learnings.
- Support to service engineer for materials, technical & general issues to avoid delays.

Your Background
- Candidate should be Diploma or B Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Having more than 5 years of experience in service, testing field experience.
- Target oriented & ready to any task in service. SAP and REIWA knowledge is must.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
