We seek for ''Service Sales Engineer'' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in face-to-face and remote selling when needed; to both new and existing customers including: Selling directly to the end consumer/business purchaser or indirectly through various sales channels. Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions. Developing and delivering sales bids, presentations, and proposals and conducting product demonstrations.Identifying and contacting prospective customers and building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business incumbents matching to this specialization are compensated based on achievement of sales targets.

Your Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the Service Sales Manager, implement service sales strategy. Penetrate Installed Base, promote various upgrade, retrofit and value add solutions to the benefit of the customer. Understand the channel strategy and the establishment of related sales plans, review them and propose recovery plan(s) when needed;
- Generate Service sales lead and develop new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios;
- Establish customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and service product/solutions knowledge to promote;
- Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.;
- Give Data and Content support to ensure proper level of data quality;
- Communicate details in accordance with Hitachi Energy's offering and strategy in collaboration with service teams;
- Co-ordinating with services teams, understand the various aspects and support the reviewing of customer's specification, requirements for determining appropriate solution for proposal

Your Background:
- Bachelor degree in Electrical / Energy / Electronic Engineering;
- 2-5 years of experience in a sales role;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good analytical skills, proactivity and customer oriented mindset;
- Being self-motivated and self-organized. Open mindedness and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent ability to work in a team;
- Good knowledge of written / spoken English and Turkish;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- No restriction for travelling when needed (both domestic & abroad).
- Having a valid driving license.
- Completed military service for male applicants
