Sales Specialist work focuses on creating, implementing and reviewing the strategy for the service segment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sells Hitachi Energy products and solutions to customers, focusing on volume and profitability targets for assigned segment.
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers, in order to understand their needs, promote their complete offer of products / systems / services and offer solutions.
- Draws up sales plans using the company's tools. Periodically reviews the status and proposes remediation/improvement plans in case of potential deficiencies.
- Brings added value for the client and Hitachi Energy Romania SRL and ensures successful results of transactions, contracts and offers by using efficient sales techniques.
- Provides customers with effective marketing activities and valuable offers.
- Identifies and leads the development of new opportunities in the designated market and ensures knowledge sharing and cross-collaboration.
- Manages administrative procedures in sales processes and supports collection and project management activities when necessary.
- Prepares bids according to Hitachi Energy's process and procedures.
- Ensures the appropriate technical and financial aspects of the offerings, including pricing and trading conditions.
- Ensures that contracts are executed correctly and that deliveries are made on time and with agreed costs, with the assistance of administrative sales support.

REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Energy
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Good communication skills and strong team spirit
- Oriented towards delivering high quality services and results
- Self-derived person, structured, with analytical thinking skills
- Seriousness and accountability
