You as a Regional Risk Manager (Asia Pacific Middle East and Africa) will be part of Hitachi Energy based in Dubai, UAE. As a Regional Risk Manager, you will be participating at RRs for the responsible region and ensure that, all the risks have been identified and assessed: mitigation actions have been defined at the tendering stage.

Your responsibilities:

• Participating in project reviews and transfer Lessons Learnt from project execution within HUB/Region to new tenders.
• Driving ERM activities, and integrate ERM with Business RM
• Operating an effective internal control framework
• Increasing collaboration between HUBs, educate / provide training on Risk Management
• Securing fulfilment of the Function targets, supporting the business and granting change/improvement approach to meet Stakeholders expectations. To be read with "Value in Action" principles.
• Reviewing the level of knowledge of the Business, i.e. Product and/or Service
• Executing to assess the "holistic view capacity" of Risk manager when it comes to real life execution.
• Living Hitachi Energy core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Commercial, Legal or Finance.
• Able to assess the knowledge and expertise of Risk Management process and HE Framework and Tool.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English.
