Are you passionate about product and portfolio management, want to combine analytic thinking with developing tactics and have the ability to be truly hands on in the execution of the plans?

Join our amazing team as one of our Regional Product Manager. There are several locations possible connected to the three positions, Swizerland Zürich-Alstetten , Sweden - Ludvika, Germany - Roigheim or Poland Lodz, with specific preferences connected to product families.

• Portfolio performance: develop understanding of portfolio performance cross markets/customers, derive strategies and tactics to optimize
• Demand and market scenarios: building and maintain, giving key input to investment and growth strategies
• Customer engagement and understanding: Build and maintain clear understanding of our customer base and portfolio focus, give critical input for aligning strategies and tactics, get engaged with selected key customer to drive growth across factories and regions
• Growth Initiatives: define, drive and support product specific growth initiative, across factories and regions
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization

• You are an experienced market professional, with hands-on experience of working within the field of the products, preferably directly with the product in question
• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field or several years of experience in a similar or related role
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, ability to verbalize and visualize your thinking
• Excellent communication skills, empathy and ability to work across multiple functions and cross cultural, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in English
• Excellent knowledge of SAP (preferably S4/Hana), MS Office
