Your responsibilities:

  • You will develop Hydraulic Spring Operating Mechanism for High Voltage Switchgear to meet all requirements for functionality, performance, reliability, serviceability, cost and manufacturability.
  • You will global product technical support for life-cycle maintenance of Hydraulic Spring Operating Mechanism: production, master data, quality case, design improvement, and etc.
  • You will engage in product development processes, including concept, design, prototype, testing, documentation, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functions in design and solution development, including product management, quality, production operation, SCM...
  • You will design and create 3D models and 2D drawings proficiently.
  • You will perform tolerance chain calculation and kinematic chain analysis.
  • You will perform or check mechanical simulation/calculation.
  • You will conduct design review including DFMA/FMEA.
  • You will conduct quality case (e.g. switching, insulation related, mechanical) root cause analysis with solid electrical and mechanical knowledge.

Your Background:

  • Master or above degree in mechanical engineering/mechanical design with experience of hydraulic design.
  • More than 3-year-experience mechanical design.
  • Rich experience in mechanical design and good skills with CAD tools like Creo, UG and Solidworks.
  • Good knowledge with machinery and production processes including machining, casting, welding and so on.
  • Experienced at tolerance chain calculation and kinematic chain analysis.
  • PLM/SAP knowledge and experience is preferred.
  • Dymola simulation knowledge and experience is preferred.
  • High voltage switchgear related experience is preferred.
  • Fluent English in both oral and written, oversea experience is required.
  • Excellent learning ability is required.
  • Good communication skills and team spirit.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, structured and systematic thinking.
  • Strong result-driven, high quality and high-speed player.
