Your responsibilities:
- Electromagnetic calculation & designs to meet all requirements for functionality, performance, reliability, serviceability, cost, and manufacturability of instrument transformer products.
- You will lead project execution and complete technical documentation.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete electrical, mechanical, simulation, prototyping, and testing.
- You will provide punctual technical support to factories, salespeople, and customers.
- You will demonstrate engineering skills in methodical design and test.
- You will demonstrate ability to solve complex technical and process problems.

Your background:
- Master's or upper degree in Electric Engineering or related.
- ≥ 3 years of Instrument Transformer product design or R&D experience
- Familiar with 2D and 3D mechanical design tools and capable of 3D modeling tools, such as Auto CAD, ProE, CATIA, UG, and SOLIDWORKS.
- Familiar with FEA knowledge, product quality, and production process control of instrument transformers.
- Strong team leadership and teamwork with cross-functional communications and influential skills.
- Familiar with the PLM system.
- Good project management skills are preferred.
- Self-motivated, energized, and results-oriented.
- Creative thinking with demonstrated analytical skills and structured work approach.
- Ability to work independently toward timely completion of a variety of assignments.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
