Quotation Manager

Your responsibilities:

• You will provide commercial and technical support to sales timely and effectively.
• You will provide commercial and technical quotations.
• You will be responsible for the preparation of bidding documents and cooperation in bidding.
• You will prepare contract text and review commercial contract terms.
• You will complete the company's internal approval process (technical + commercial) and ensure the order is transferred to the project manager.
• You will coordinate internal supporting function, especially engineering, SCM and master planning to respond to project cost and delivery capacity.
• You will have very strong team management skills.
• You will perform other business-related duties according to business requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or electrical/automatic control/mechanical.
• More than 5-8 years of work experience, minimum 2 years of tender quotation experience.
• Proficient in computer skill, MS-Office software.
• Understand general financial knowledge.
• Strong sense of responsibility, striving to overcome difficult tasks and accept challenges, be creative, initiative to undertake more responsibilities.
• Excellent skills in organization and coordination, keep good communication with other functions, focus on team working and result oriented.
