Your responsibilities

• You will take over the project documents (contract, technical agreement, Pre-cal, etc.) from sales and review the formal contract.
• You will take responsibility for daily project management activity including design review, resources review, purchasing requisition, following customers for contracts, and response to technical questions, issues, and payments.
• You will create the order in SAP and maintain the relevant information.
• You will establish project planning and maintain the planning dynamically and be responsible for achieving internally and externally the execution of project planning.
• You will be in charge of the change of scope, following the company's process of change management.
• You will coordinate internal supporting functions for timing and cost analysis.
• You will build and maintain customer relationships and follow the HE collection process to ensure receive the money on time.
• You will coordinate related resources to complete the payment procedure from the customer.
• You will take care of the revenue forecast and coordinate related resources to reach the budget. Revenue KPI responsible.
• You will maintain the AR forecast and coordinate related resources to reach the budget. NWC(AR) KPI is responsible.
• Site visits and maintain customer relationships.

• You hold a bachelor's degree or above.
• Skilled in office software.
• Good interpersonal skills. Result orientation, Positive Attitude
• Willing to learn and quick to learn.
• Self-motivator and self-starter and Systematic approach to solving problems.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
