You as a Production Engineer will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Your responsibilities
- Leading the 5S and Kaizen approach and make sure to be implemented in DMM Factory.
- Responsible to conduct time and motion study for Assembly and Testing activities.
- Leading to ramp up the factory readiness (Floor marking, buffers, Racks, Bins) and visualization.
- Responsible to create the PPS and lead the implementation of it through VDB to improve the FPY for all products
- Responsible to create and maintain cleaning process and instructions for factory and critical components to improve the FPY
- MES Know how and implementation
- Applying Lean Six Sigma Tools (DMAIC) at least 2 projects in a year
- Responsible to create manual POR / IP for new tools, Jigs, Fixtures and parts that are related to improvement.
- Responsible to lead the flexible racking system (PPDC area) and able to improve the process and eliminating the waste.
- Employee shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by direct manager to fulfil the job requirements.

Your background
- A bachelor's degree in relevant field is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as production engineer in relevant industry is required.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
