• Oversee day-to-day operations of a procurement team focused on direct materials purchasing
• Ensure timely and cost-effective materials delivery
• Supervise and mentor procurement specialists, act as a role model
• Manage HR related activities (employee lifecycle)
• Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Oversee procurement process from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enable productivity gains
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve process roadblocks.
• Ensure high quality delivery and reporting of KPI's
• Be a part of local CSS SCM Leadership Team

• Higher education in relevant field
• Several years of experience in Supply Chain Management/Procurement
• Previous people managing experience
• Knowledge about L6S tools, Yellow / Green Belt certification is preferable
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions from procurement data and enable informed decision making
• Knowledge of SAP & MS Office
• Ability to lead and motivate team members fostering positive and productive work environment
