Your responsibilities:
- You will work in order handling, receive standard list price material purchase order from internal HE company using HE internal GTCs, including order booking, project execution and payment collection.
- You will support service project execution commercially, invoice issuing, revenue planning.
- You will work with controlling team for project cash flow, cost management, payment receiving overdue, revenue recognition etc.
- You will involve in project documentation control, receive warranty case/ trouble shooting case from customer or CCC channels and coordinate resource and prepare response to customer.
- You will do process customer survey (NPS) and arrange customer FAT/ customer training arrangement according to the contract.

Your background:
- Bachelor and above. Major in mechanical/electrical engineering and Related.
- Over 3 years project management experience, good knowledge about GIS products.
- Good knowledge of materials order handling and ERP tools use.
- Good team player.
- Like challenges and interested in learning new things/knowledge.
- Good communication and presentation skills, customer orientation.
- Fluent English skills in written, oral and reading, basic Japanese speaking and reading.
