We are currently looking for Market Manager, who will lead customer relationships in Poland and drives sustainable and profitable demand order growth in the transformer business.
It will be important in the role to providing the HUB M&S / HUB Management with the latest market intelligence and price feedback and teaming up with the HUB Product Marketing when it comes to overall tendering preparation by activating the allocated factories making sure that the Demand is utilizing Salesforce collaboration feature.
Working in this role you will be responsible to daily connect with the Customers in Poland covering the whole Transformer portfolio. The role is about talking to the team every day and build and proactively generate the Salesforce pipeline for both the short and mid-term.

Core activity will be focus on fully utilizes all accessible market channels across businesses, representing PGTR full portfolio to drive organic growth. You will ensure growth through Service, account management and domestic sales and marketing. Role will keep eye on raise awareness within the business about local market trends, impact through changes in legislations, or other external impact within the country.
You will report to Hub Southern Europe Transformers Marketing & Sales Manager.

Responsibility:
- Implementation of the BU/HUB strategy in the country.
- Responsible to daily connect with the Local Sales Team covering the whole portfolio.
- Demand Order Estimation / Budgeting tools: (MIMO and GTS) ownership to make sure demand targets are reflected in the tool.
- Open Local and Global Risk Reviews for the project sin the country.
- Responsible for Sales demand orders and growth in the country considering promoting the complete Transformers portfolio in the country.
- Build up and maintain relationships with key customers in the country
- Ensures the execution of projects according to agreed targets in terms of schedule, quality, financial results, and customer satisfaction.
- Support factories to negotiate the best pricing and Terms & Conditions
- Direct contact and coordination with factories for preparing the offers required for the market.
- Supporting the factories for homologation process whenever it is required.
- Leading the growth initiatives across the different product lines, segment, and channels.
- Updating the sales tools and improving the data quality.
- Proactively anticipates and identifies shortfalls in pipeline generation beyond the given quarter and takes appropriate remedial action
- Support in collecting the marketing content and bring pilot opportunities for new products.
- Participating in the country marketing events.
- Engineering or economics degree.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing & sales - B2B within energy sector.
- Experience in people management would be a plus.
- Technical sales skills & knowledge of product portfolio.
- Very good understanding of marketing processes, customers, competition, offering and capabilities.
- Intercultural sensitivity.
- Fluent Polish and English .
- Structured and analytical thinking.
- Networking, Leadership, Superior communication & negotiation skills.
