Hitachi Energy is seeking for a Manufacturing Project Engineer. This role is responsible to focus on following different improvements projects. Responsibilities include Managing projects, working independently with limited supervision. Reports to Production Manager.
We are hiring an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join our team at Tank Shop in Galindo. In this role you will be part of the Tank manufacturing team, where you will be in charge of various improvement projects for production. A good technical analysis of the tank manufacturing process, correct answer to needs of production team and the coordination with other departments will be added values necessary for this job. We offer you a role with a lot of opportunities to develop yourself within the tank Production department. How you'll make an impact
- You will pursue initiatives to improve effectiveness of production through different improvement and investment projects.
- Follow up closely all improvement projects measuring quality, cost, delivery and safety.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with the ability to successfully multi-task and meet deadlines and improvement projects demands with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- Critical thinker with strong influencing skills; self-aware and open and receptive to feedback.

- Managing improvement projects in manufacturing including different projects stakeholders.
Your background
- Degree in industrial engineering
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an engineering environment related to manufacturing process improvement and project management.
- Fluent in English communication.
- A proactive attitude, teamwork skills and passionate for gaining new skills
- Experience in managing improvements projects including investments.
