Your responsibilities:
- You will plan and manage the delivery of a FM &Admin service (ISS) to the relevant business to meet current needs, identify performance gaps and address emerging requirements.
- You will establish metrics and monitors performance and service delivery to ensure maximum efficiency, quality and satisfaction.
- You will provide technical leadership for staff within specialized function or process areas.
- You will implement and improve relevant processes, policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within area of accountability, ensure local procedures align with Hitachi Energy Group policies, processes and procedures local Gov. policies and are correctly implemented.
- You will manage external organizations providing services (e.g. holds third parties to agreed service levels, provides guidance on company health and safety requirements and work practices).
- You will participate in defining the annual budget for area of responsibility and is accountable for managing performance against agreed financial targets and constraints.

Your background:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Strong communication skill to different stakeholders, learning agility.
- Result-orientated, very responsible and strong ability to solve conflicts.
- Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in both English and Mandarin.
