In this pivotal role, you will support the SCM Knowledge Management and Functional Competency Managers, playing a crucial part in executing and implementing the relevant strategies, promoting best practices, ensuring compliance through structured change and content management as well as enhancing learning and development experience for our users.

This role demands a high-energy individual capable of functioning in a global context, effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and adeptly handling operational tasks to drive success.
You will report directly to the Head of Change Management and Continuous Improvement, based in Zurich, Switzerland. As an integral member of our international SCM Change Management and Continuous Improvement (CMCI) Team, you will engage with colleagues across various regions to foster a culture of high performance and engagement.
Responsibilities
Knowledge Management:
- Maintain the SCM Sharepoint pages/sites and provide guidance to the content owners (i.e., how and what content to share)
- Align closely with the SCM Communication Manager on the communication standards
- Develop SCM Sharepoint pages based on requestor requirements and ensure alignment on established standards
- Provide support and end user training on Sharepoint
- Maintain and update data repositories (e.g. Adonis) to document processes and establish a structured system to organize and retrieve documentation
Digital and Process Mining solutions
- Utilize digital tools (e.g., Power Apps and utilize Power Automate) to create custom applications and automate workflows and ensure more efficient ways of capturing data
- Utilize process mining tool (e.g., Celonis) to develop new dashboards or update existing ones and provide transparency on key performance data
Learning Management Platform
- Maintain, update and create online learning courses (based on content owner request), ensuring smooth user experiences and troubleshooting any technical issues of the new learning platform
- Support the SCM Functional Competency and People Engagement Manager on the implementation of Functional Competency strategic initiatives related to the new learning management platform
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree in relevant area
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Celonis, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.
- Highly experienced with digital tools, including e-learning platforms and Microsoft MS365 applications
- Project Management experience
- Business fluency in English (essential, both verbally and in writing); knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Works independently with general supervision.
- Strives for continual improvement of work processes and tools
