We are looking for students of 3rd year (BSc Level) or 1st year (Master level) for a position: Intern supporting product and process quality improvements and cost optimization.
Your responsibilities
- Preparing multidimensional field and test failure analyses based on internal quality systems
- Supporting preparation of quality alerts and updating quality inspection cards based on critical findings
- Analyzing quality data from non-conformity reporting (NCR), looking for patterns or similarities across product lines
- Supporting analyses of product and processes in respect of product and manufacturing process optimization
- Participating in Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) of different product groups (Distribution, Traction, Power and Dry Transformers)
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and Excel worksheets.
- Supporting the team in implementation of a quality improvement plan

Your background
- III year (BSc Level) or 1st year (MSc) student at the Faculty of Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Good knowledge of technical English, knowledge of Polish will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good analytical skills
- Knowledge of CAD programs (i.e. PTC Creo, SolidWorks)
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Basic knowledge of VBA and PowerBI will be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of quality improvement tools and techniques (FMEA, DFA) will be an advantage
