General Information:
Hitachi Energy is seeking a Hub Employee Experience Coordinator. This HR role is focused on promoting a positive workplace environment through employee sourcing, communication and engagement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sourcing, hiring and tracking for Hub leaders.
- Follow up with new hires on their employee experience.
- Implementing measures to increase employee morale, motivation and satisfaction, while reducing turnover.
- Coordinate probationary performance evaluations.
- This role is part of the Hourly Recruiting Team, external recruitment, interviewing, selection.
- Assist with new hire onboarding.
- Conduct exit interviews, reasons for attrition, root cause countermeasures.
- HR Generalist duties as needed; employee HR service, coaching managers and employees. Managing employee relations issues, investigating employee and/or supervisor complaints regarding conduct, performance, or attendance.

Your Background:
- Highschool Diploma.
- General HR experience 2 to 5 years.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications required.
- Experience with Workday preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
