We are looking for HUB Central and Southern Europe (15 Countries) HR Business Partner for the Functions that understands the Business drivers, the current and long-term strategy and identify opportunities for HR to add value to the Business.
You will set and implement HR priorities in the organization in line with respective Functions' leaders and Company people strategy, covering culture, people, and organization. Utilize the existing HR solution portfolio or ensure to provide new solutions where appropriate.
How you'll make an impact
- Connect the HR organization players to the Functions leaders and deliver on the defined priorities, acting as consultant, sparring partner and coach.
- Ensure people and organizational capabilities required in the mid-long term are understood and actioned. Ensure competence development actions Implement learning and development activities in collaboration with Learning & Development (L&D). Measures and evaluates effectiveness of learning solutions to demonstrate business impact.
- Partners with Functions' leaders on workforce planning and works closely with talent acquisition (TA) team to ensure talent pipeline considering internal Talent pool and external market.
- Drives and executes all talent management processes with Functions leaders e.g. succession planning
- Where appropriate is directly involved in the recruitment of peer level positions.
- Ensure that the positions in the short term are adequately staffed following TA guidelines.
- Interrogates HR analytics data to understand key organizational dynamics, trends and issues; define and execute appropriate actions.
- Implement the operating model and optimize organization structures in line with group and global rules and standards.
- Builds performance culture in the organization; Develops high performing teams, including organization restructuring, optimal utilization, redeployment and right-sizing of people resources.
- Identifies performance issues and takes actions to address them in close collaboration with line managers and other HR players.
- Drives recognition and reward programs for individuals and teams linked to the business priorities and C&B guidelines.
- Support functions leaders in creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor and control personnel cost development in the functions
- Ensure change management requirements are translated into actions

Your background:
- Bachelor and/or master's degree in human resources, business administration, Economy, Law or similar
- Knowhow of country HR practices and statutory requirements, developed in minimum 10 years of work experience
- Ability to move in an international environment and balance different stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset as well as data analysis and ability to deal with complex organization.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate planning and executions skills.
- Mentally structured and organized
- Forward-thinking to develop and implement new ideas.
