Responsible for recruitment of blue collars of PGHV China.
Work with COE& TA team to manage employment processes, e.g. on/off-boarding, organization and people changes etc.
Support manager to develop and maintain talent plan, by forecasting, planning and building talent pipeline in line with the function/business strategy.
Support to Dive deep to turnover forecast, analysis. Continuous efforts to improve employee engagement and business moral.
Support employee communication. Settle employee enquires, coordinate with Union. Organize regular employee meetings.
Monthly report/tracker/analysis on key KPIs with plants.
Monthly payroll support: incentive calculation etc.
Support Hub and BU's HR project etc.
