The opportunity:
Contribute to improving Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) performance in the respective organization. Support business by applying in-depth HSE knowledge to offer solutions and advice. Assist in the delivery of Group-wide performance improvement programs and ensure effective risk management through Hitachi Energy's HSE Ambition - achieve world-class performance.
How do you make impact:
- You will report HSE incidents. Feeds back on lessons learned and best practice from own unit and across PGHV Factory to management and employees. Reports progress on implementation of Operating system & Sustainability objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to HSE/SA Manager.
- You will implement policies and standards. Ensures area of responsibility is audited according to program for audit.
- You will facilitate HSE risks assessment by line management involving shop floor employees, i.e. those directly concerned by the hazards, and ensures all processes are implemented.
- You will drive behavioral change through implementing Group-wide performance improvement programs and practices locally to ensure an exemplary health and safety culture as well as a strong focus on environment throughout the respective organization.
- You will engage external (e.g. customers, suppliers and other stakeholders) and internal stakeholders in order to report on, raise awareness and gain commitment on Hitachi Energy's HSE efforts and performance and obtain objective feedback. Cooperates with other functions and business partners to drive HSE performance.
- You must ensure appropriate safety equipment and tools are available and used. Identifies, plans and initiates training need, e.g. for employees, site managers, and agree with, and ensures delivery of training from shared service center. Drives and ensures compliance with HSE & Sustainability Operating System & ISO management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
- You will contribute to and/or plans and executes HSE, Sustainability and related projects. Develops and reports on project objectives. resources such as manpower, financials and other relevant factors.

Your background:
- University Degree in Labor, Health, Safety technical. Relevant background is acceptable.
- At least 3 years recently working experience in similar position in a manufacturing industry environment, especially in global company is prefer.
- Understand and involve in the ISO management systems and SAP.
- Well communication skills: Email writing, verbal training. Good English (reading, writing, speaking, listening)/ Ielts 5.5 or equivalent level is preferred.
- Paper works handle properly, good in basic Excel, Power point, presentation, making report.
