Join Our Team!
We are now looking for a Head of Site Management in Finland or Sweden. In this role you will lead a team of highly competent site managers and support technical installation and commissioning teams. This role is responsible to oversee the team performing the civil and site management for the delivery of fully a functional system to the customer. You will be setting goals and objectives for team members as well as ensuring that policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.
How you'll make an impact
- Manage day to day operations of the team ensuring projects are staffed and work is completed as scheduled aligning with the project execution team
- Coach and develop the team to execute safely at a high level with integrity and exceptional customer service
- Drive site management process improvements and expand the use of digital execution tools to improve efficiency and quality
- Support pre-project proposal and tender support for project site management: providing scope, duration, resources, and budget data
- Collaborate with other service team leaders to develop and implement strategic business initiatives ensuring the growth and profitability of the business
Your Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering and/or a strong project and service execution experience
- Experience with construction, installation, and commissioning of systems used in power conversion, utility, or other heavy industrial industries
- Ability to lead and motive your team, plan and coordinate their site activities, estimate project time and material requirements while managing multiple priorities
- Good verbal and written skills in Finnish and English
