Finance Delivery Lead, Finance Common Shared Services (San Luis Potosi)

The Role
The Finance Delivery Lead Finance CSS will be directly responsible for the management of the Finance teams including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable/Global Travel Services, and General Accounting in San Luis Potosi, and will ensure that the service is delivered according to Hitachi Energy Finance Direction.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements strategic plan for the Finance CSS San Luis Potosi and participates in strategic planning as a member of the Finance CSS's management team. Coordinates preparation and enforces the Finance CSS San Luis Potosi budget.
- Leads and supervises Finance CSS San Luis Potosi team members. Ensures that the area of responsibility is organized, staffed, skilled, and directed. Guides motivates, develops, and sets targets for the Finance CSS San Luis Potosi team members.
- Manages relationships with business partners to ensure that services are defined and delivered as agreed. Develops and maintains Service Level Agreements with business partners. Arrange and regularly drive internal customer review meetings and track mutually agreed action plans.
- Drives implementation of best practices and continuous optimization of processes to gain efficiencies and drive productivity gains. Drives harmonization and standardization locally in line with Group solutions and best practices and assists in developing global solutions.
- Enforces Hitachi Energy Group Accounting Standards, compliance with Hitachi Energy Accounting and Reporting Guidelines, local GAAP, and Internal Control over Financial Reporting with Hitachi Energy Group Charter. Ensures transparency in financial reporting and enhances and manages internal control environment.
- Ensures internal/external audits and other statutory audits are handled with high standards and in a professional manner and the findings are addressed and resolved promptly.

Requirements
- +10 years of experience in people management in a multi-national and multi-lingual environment
- Experience working directly with multiple countries and cultures in a finance capacity
- Advanced communication skills, ability to influence others, and understanding of how people go through a change
- Track record of process changes, technology, and ways of working that delivered value to the business and increased efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance organization
- High level of accuracy/attention to detail, hands-on mentality, strong delivery attitude, and proactive attitude
- Fluent English
