Your responsibilities:

• You will check and approve all kinds of applications according to yearly Local Authorization Table. You will develop and implement procedures, conduct training, provide policy guidance and monitor the execution of procedures related to issues that arise in the management of the company.
• You will research and provide daily business consultation on relevant policies, regulations: accounting, tax, banking, foreign exchange, customs, commerce, contracts, SAP systems and solutions.
• You will be responsible for the application of various subsidies, including preparation of materials and subsequent review work and responsible for the utilization of tax preferential policies, including R&D expenses deduction.
• You will communicate with local government departments on daily issues, prepare and submit materials, and receive inspections: tax, commerce, industry and information, foreign exchange, and statistical departments, provide necessary reports to Chinese shareholders.
• You will participate in SAP online training and become familiar with daily SAP operations, act as an agent to handle online bank payment and other business approvals under the authorization of the CFO and the Deputy General Manager.
• You will assist the CFO in internal and external audits and daily financial work, complete temporary work assigned by the General Manager, Deputy General Manager and FC.
• You will provide solutions to some difficult financial management issues, organize and be responsible for monthly and annual statistical reports and prepare and submit other relevant materials.

• Graduate with financial/accounting.
• More than 10 years Finance & Accounting professional management experience.
• Having compliance trainings or relevant experience.
• Strong and professional communication skill, mature personality, can solve problem in conflict.
