Your responsibility
- Collaborating with the business unit IT Management, internal and third party IS suppliers and IT service management of related countries and R&D sites and other sites as defined. All other sites are managed by business solution teams (BST).
- You will be accountable for the assigned scope towards management stakeholders and Functions that delivery of processes or projects supporting IT systems or projects is aligned to business and functions needs, resulting in improved efficiency, effectiveness, quality and/or operational functionality
- You will prioritize tasks and responsibilities to manage country requirements and escalations seamlessly accordingly to the global targets and strategy along with ensuring operational tactics supporting the business.
- Provides experience in delivery and management of local services in the scope of country IT and process at both tactical and operational levels, understanding and applying IT best practices to assess, review, manage and monitor country IT services and products.
- Responsible for compliance of IT services to local law, local license compliance & local IT controls compliance and responsible for local IT budget in the country, where required.
- Ensures with HR support that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed, guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both company and the employee.

Your background
- Proven professional prior experience in IT management of a large site or country
- Hands on experience in different IT roles or relevant non-IT management roles
- Good IT management, organizational change management, financial savvy, stakeholder or people management, analytical skills or data analytics, learning agility
- Communication skills, demand management, compliance management, innovation, IT domain knowledge
- Fluency in English and Swedish mandatory and other languages are meritorious
