Corporate Governance Coordination Manager_Joint Plan

Your responsibilities:

  • You will make workflow, work rules, work procedure and necessary documents.
  • During the fiscal year you will define and successfully manage milestones to ensure compliant business continuity. You will help define and prepare the necessary documentation required for Corporate Governance Consistency between Hitachi and Hitachi Energy.
  • You will participate to the quick and pragmatic resolution of any issues that might occur.
  • You will establish operational plans for job area, developing and implementing new processes, standard or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results and communicate with leadership in both organizations.
  • You will involve in HE supports in fulfilling Hitachi corporate rules, registering and liaising with ISC/Legal and other HQ functions in advance to ISC and RMM, providing pre-explanation to guide HQ to understand HE Strategy, preparing Japanese documents Large Tender, PCG, M&A, Capex.
  • You will develop & support Hitachi Fronting Unit Governance & Operations, also develop & Support Operating model between Hitachi and Hitachi Energy.

Your background:

  • Bachelor or equivalent university degree.
  • 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance requirements
  • Attentiveness to process mapping & analysis.
  • Working level or fluency in Japanese and English.
