Are you ready to champion exceptional customer experiences on a global stage? We're looking for a Global Customer Experience Manager for our new Service Business Unit to drive innovation, enhance customer loyalty, and redefine satisfaction across every touchpoint.
Reporting to the Global Head of Quality and Continuous Improvement, you will be on the lookout for process optimization opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, driving and planning innovative programmes to enhance customer experience, and boosting customer satisfaction.
This is a global role, and applications are welcomed from interested parties across different geographies. We would need the successful candidate to be based in an Hitachi Energy location where we have established Service business presence.
