Your responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for worldwide sales activities in cooperation with local subsidiaries for service operations centered on maintenance of Hitachi's GIS, GCBs, and transformers delivered overseas.
- Based in the Tokyo office, you will be in close contact with local subsidiaries to establish, maintain effective customer relationships, realize order plans by understanding customer need and provide maintenance proposals based on the elapsed delivery period and other factors.
- You will also develop order plans, status reviews, and forecasts using company tools.
- You will be responsible for a wide range of important tasks that require coordination with multiple parties, including coordination with the technical department, preparation of quotations, etc., supporting to the local subsidiary responsible for contract negotiations, and cleaning handover to the operations department (the execution unit after receiving the order).
- In addition, you will be expected to contribute to your department by using the company tools mentioned above with higher precision, examining improvements in operational methods, and establishing optimal rules for the Japan Service Department in light of company-wide global rules.

Your background:
- You hold bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, or business.
- Minimum 5-10 years related experience.
- International experience, cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Dedication, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and positive mental attitude.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
