We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Zurich. This role offers the opportunity to perform a wide variety of administrative duties, supporting our GCB and TC teams.
How you will make an impact
- Assisting the GCB and TC teams in administrative tasks (i.e. manage centralized stationery, assisting in events / business trip organization)
- Maintaining executive calendars, exercising judgment and tact in coordinating meetings and making appointments for Company and outside personnel
- Managing correspondence, highlighting and attaching relevant information
- Establishing and maintaining confidential executive filing systems, ensuring timely and accurate reference to business matters
- Composing and sending correspondence under own signature
- Producing a variety of documents using various software packages
- Providing document and records management, including archiving and scanning of documents
- Planning and implementing projects that impact the entire office and/or specific departments including analyzing and developing office or department budgets

Your background
- Administrative assistant training
- Previous relevant work experience in administration
- Good IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint)
- Priorization mindset and deadline awareness
- Proactive, communicative and flexible
- Fluency in German and English (B2/C1)
