Eureka is looking for a motivated and experienced individual to lead one of the product management teams that focus on delivering Product Readiness for current and future features for all Eureka Products.
The team is a key driver to ensure the products are compliant or leading standards in the competitive market including but not limited to all necessary external party regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies.
You will be a part of a fast-moving innovative organization where your expertise and creativity will be appreciated and positively influence our users.

・Expected to coach and mentor product managers by leveraging various tools thru both online and offline communication.

・Leading the team of Product Managers focusing on understanding and creating internal standards for the field of Safety, Security, OS, Devise, Payment, ID, and BI technologies.
・Set the product roadmap in the assigned fields and manage key delivering schedules accordingly.
・Accountable for managing the team for reporting project status to leadership and exec team in a timely fashion.
・Collaborate with appropriate internal and external key teams to support team members delivering all objectives and drive KPI/KGI.

必須条件
- 5+ years of product management or product engineering experience
- Strong product sense and empathy of user needs and pain points on a related feature
- Strong analytical skills and a curiosity to peel the onion to discover opportunities for impact and better user experience
- A team leader and a team player
- Self-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities required to forge a path to success
- Ability to influence and lead via metrics and capability to work across teams to enforce process and efficient outcomes in a data-driven environment
