KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Significantly contributes to the development and maintenance of portfolio pipeline/roadmap and marketing plan.
- Develops product specific targeting and positioning, aids in development of similar on portfolio level.
- Contributes to the identification/scoping of new product opportunities.
- Very good understanding of multiple product categories within the business, seen as an SME in one or more categories. Fields technical/product related questions for multiple categories within the business.
- Influence and execute upon Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) strategy for one or multiple categories within the business.
- Independently develops pricing for responsible areas/products consistent with Marketing strategy and brand positioning.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Must be proficient in project management knowledge & skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Possesses excellent public presentation skills both internal and external customer-facing at industry trade shows and customer locations
- Demonstrates leadership on and participate in cross-functional team(s)
- Demonstrates the development of products that are innovative and unique leveraging an understanding of the challenges already existing in current products
- Demonstrates knowledgeable and skills of vendor and partnership management
- Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations preferred
- Technical background in product development preferred
- Knowledge of the Dental market including the business of dentistry is preferred

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $71,993-$125,987, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
