Job Description

Overview:

The Service Contract Representative position is a Fixed Term Maternity Cover has been created to support the Henry Schein Service Contract Business.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Continuous hands on sale, administration and follow-on for HS technical Service Contracts for hardware and software being used in Dental Surgeries and Dental Laboratories.
  • Working from a core contract database.
  • Day to day hands-on contact with customers to instigate the renewals, create new and reactive lapsed Service Contracts.
  • Liaising with the Service Contracts Manager ensuring that all set weekly/monthly/yearly objectives are met and meet the business objectives.
  • Liaising with the technical helpdesk for all Service Contract queries.
  • Being first line of response for all incoming Service Contract related calls and from there producing and following up of quotations, getting back to customers on queries or passing calls on internally if they relate to other departments.
  • Contacting customers who have purchased finished products from HS historically with the objective of promoting and selling service contracts.
  • Managing the ongoing customer facing requirements of CEREC Contracts (liaising with customers for renewals, with the HS Finance team in matters direct debit, and with the head and team of Connect Dental ensuring that all new contracts are put on to the Sirona website and HS 'system'.
  • Managing the administration side of all contracts that have been sold at 'point of sale' by the HS field and tele sales teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

Qualifications:
  • IT Literacy (JDE, FSL, CPQ)
  • Good and proven administrations skills
  • Good and proven communication skills
Skill & Experience:
  • Experience in day-to-day customer contact.
  • Experience in working autonomously.
  • Good time management ensuring customer contact hours are maximised during traditional working hours and out of traditional working hours are used for required administration tasks.
  • A passion for high customer satisfaction.
  • Good communication skills with external and internal customers and also with direct line manager.
  • Working to pre-set objectives.
  • Proven track record of repeat business
