Sales Operations Analyst

This position is responsible for the tracking, reporting and administrative tasks associated with several sales operations' activities across the financial services division. The position will act as a key liaison between several internal partners including Finance, Accounting, and Credit in an effort to coordinate several key initiatives and functions. Through the use of Salesforce and additional tools, the position will also aim to increase automation and operational efficiency to drive revenue and enhance the customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Calculates and processes financial services teams commission payments
  • Compiles and disseminates weekly revenue reporting to management and finance teams
  • Creates and disseminates commission statements to field sales teams
  • Reconciles payments made to the financial services division, assisting the accounting and finance teams
  • Tracks and reports progress towards key financial milestones with outside vendor partners
  • Manages the process to update annual compensation agreements for financial services sales team
  • Assist management in preparation for and output of weekly sales pipeline meetings
  • Manages basic field sales engagement strategies, posting key updates to the field sales team via Salesforce.com
  • Follows up with key vendor partners for payments, ensuring proper accounting in Salesforce.com
  • Updates financial services records in Salesforce.com to maintain data integrity
  • Manages the organization and distribution of the division's sales collateral and training material through Henry Schein's knowledge management system / site, The Source.
  • Manages certain key regulatory processes for the division
  • Participates in special projects and all other duties as requested by Manager and Directors.
  • Performs other duties as required.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational and verbal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Teams
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and as a part of a Team.
  • Experience with SalesForce and building complex reports and dashboards
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (pivot tables / models / macros) preferred
  • Experience with PowerBI and Tableau preferable
  • Some experience working within a team in a formal Project Management environment a plus

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

Typically 3 to 5 years of related professional experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.

The posted range for this position is $57,550-$95,445, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
