Description and Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Tech Early Career Program liaison to support our early career program. This role will serve as a key liaison between the Head Mentor, key stakeholders in the program and the early career associates
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create template to share with Managers to solicit quarterly feedback on Associates
- Create Visio diagrams on program performance
- Create Intake Forms, Organize Data and ensure thorough data to streamline processes
- Create system to track associate participation, performance
- Update FAQ document for ECDP, create a rulebook, document processes
- Update VINE for IT ECDP - manage content
- Build rapport with associates and suggest engagement activities
- Think about innovative ways to engage and ensure robust program
- Schedule follow up meetings with managers for Head Mentor
- Manage a risk log for the Program, documenting concerns, risks, opportunities
- Assess effectiveness of Mentors, make suggestions if we should make changes
- Assist Head Mentor with 360 Performance Reviews. Create 360 summary reports based on quarterly follow ups with Managers

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
- 2 - 5 years of early career development experience
- Experience working with PPT, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint
- Knowledge or familiarity with the Agile Methodology
- Proficiency in Technology
- Proficiency in building reports
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication, organizational and project management skills
- Ability to proactively work and think strategically
- Experience demonstrating written, verbal and presentation communication skills with ability to communicate complex information
- Experience demonstrating prioritization and the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience working independently and as part of a team
- NY Hybrid role - must be able to commute to the office as needed
- Understand technology stack and agile delivery

Hiring Range:
- Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $76,003 - $108,160
- All Other Locations (within approved locations): $67,600 - $99,840
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
