About the Role:
Health-E Commerce is seeking a Product Owner to join the Technology team, reporting to the Director of Product Management. This role will be focused on analyzing FSA/HSA market trends and e-commerce best practices to develop and execute product vision and roadmaps that will drive revenue growth, innovation, and customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset, strong understanding of software development processes, and expert knowledge of direct-to-consumer and B2B e-commerce strategies.
Specific responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders to set and prioritize strategic initiatives that will increase key metrics (i.e., conversion, AOV, revenue, engagement) across com and hsastore.com sites.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative data-driven approach to prioritize feature delivery for the Engineering team; familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, A/B testing and user testing strategies is a must.
- Manage product roadmap and backlog, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time and adhere to quality standards.
- Lead requirements discovery, prioritization, and execution efforts, including partnering with Tech leads and/or 3rd party partners to design technical solutions, user story writing and user acceptance testing.
- Project manage feature development and/or 3rd party integrations – define scope, establish timelines, coordinate go-to-market strategies with Marketing and/or Sales team, define any legal, compliance, data and general reporting needs, etc.
- Establish success criteria for all delivered features, including SEO and page speed/site performance considerations; measure success according to established success criteria and evolve product roadmap and backlog based on findings.
- Support Technology team in triaging and resolving production issues, as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or business/marketing
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce suite of products (SFCC, SFDC, and Mulesoft)
- Strong writing and communication skills; ability to present to all levels of the organization
- Impeccable prioritization and project management skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market trends that will impact priorities
- Exceptional strategic and creative thinker with ability to think tactically to deliver more complex features
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions
- Knowledge of Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, etc)
Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000
Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 15%
