Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Planning First Line Manager to join our teams in Dartford, on our Sainsbury's contract. You will coordinate and provide support and information in the running of a safe and efficient operations, working within clear guidelines to help achieve the operational standards and defined outcomes.
This is a full time, permanent position working any 5 days from 7, 06:00 - 14:00.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £40,848.00 per annum, and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
- Support and coordinate the team to drive engagement culture at the site including contributing to opportunities and activities
- Ensure Quality, Health, Safety and Environment standards are maintained and rules and regulations are adhered to
- Conduct pre-shift meetings with your team, ensuring clear communication regarding site's performance indicators and improvement actions in process
- Communicate productivity and direct hours targets to your team ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is expected from them - including communication to new hires
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience and knowledge of managing in a multi-temperature environment with a strong background in food services logistics
- Demonstrate a positive and respectful attitude towards others
- Good computer and excel skills are a necessity
- Good understanding of managing budgets
