Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for the permanent or fixed-term, full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Crick for our customer, one of the most famous fashion retail companies worldwide, within brand-new facilities.

We have shift patterns available from Sunday to Thursday or from Tuesday to Saturday with the hours of 07:00 - 15:00, 15:00 - 23:00 or 23:00 - 07:00.

Pay, benefits and more:
  • Hourly rates of £12.02 for AM, £13.67 for PM and £14.22 for Nights
  • Weekend allowance of £1 per hour and peak bonus of £0.50 per hour until 18/01/2025
  • Double hourly rates on 25/12/2024 and x1.5 rates on 26/12/2024, 31/12/2024 and 01/01/2025

What you will do on a typical day:
  • Perform a range of duties related to the handling of stock including picking and packing
  • Ensure a steady flow of goods throughout the warehouse from inbound to outbound
  • Be responsible for Health and Safety helping to minimise risks, hazards, and incidents
  • Use Warehouse Management Systems on a day-to-day basis
