Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join the equipment management operation at our Sainsbury's RRU site in Dartford. This operation is all about recycling and reuse which is an important part of the supply chain, ensuring equipment management and repair support to the customer and their distribution operations.
This is a full-time, permanent position working on a 4-on-4 off shift pattern, 06:00 - 18:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Lead your team in a fast-paced reverse operation
- Coordinate tasks to ensure all activity is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Deal with all returned products and equipment
- Support the shift manager by engaging the team and reacting to the varying inbound workloads
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Flexible with hours and shift patterns
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
