We are looking for an Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at GXO Logistics in Germany. You can work from one of our new logistics centers - Dorsten or Bremen.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be our main point of contact for managers when it comes to recruitment matters in Germany, working alongside your fellow HR colleagues, and our Communication Team. In this role, you will provide advice on a variety of recruitment issues, oversee recruitment processes in the region and ensure we get the best talent on the market as well as take care of employer branding activities. This role offers you the opportunity to actively and visibly contribute to the development of GXO Logistics in Germany.
What does your day in a role of our Talent Acquisition Specialist look like:
- Comprehensive management of recruitment projects for specialized and managerial positions within the country
- Creating and publishing job advertisements
- Proactively seeking for the best talent using various available methods
- Market research regarding matters such as best recruitment tools, average salaries and candidates' pool
- Supporting managers during candidate selection process and later employee onboarding
- Cooperation with recruitment agencies
- Participation in the design and implementation of HR processes e.g. onboarding, exit interviews
What do you need to be a successful Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Previous experience in recruitment (inhouse recruitment preferably), proficiency in usage of various recruitment tools and methods
- Real passion for talent acquisition with background in HR (knowledge of HR processes)
- Knowledge of the German market and latest recruitment trends, usage of social media and power of employer branding
- Fluency in German and solid level of English
- Great communication skills, drive and enthusiasm
