In this role, you will support several outside vendors and the internal team members who act as their primary points of contact. You will collaborate with procurement, HR, finance, accounting, and TA leaders to ensure that standard methodologies are followed regarding vendor engagement.

What will you do ?

  • Provide oversight and guidance around vendor engagement to ensure internal team members are following accurate processes and procedures.
  • Maintain electronic data base of contracts to ensure procurement is aware of upcoming expiration dates.
  • Monitor vendor contracts to ensure Thermo Fisher policies are being followed and expectations are being met.
  • Manage invoicing process for vendors to ensure appropriate cross charges are taking place.
  • Evaluate vendor performance by understanding specific service level agreements and key performance indicators.
  • Use vendor management systems to analyze relevant reporting.

How will you get here?

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Minimum Requirements

  • 1 or more years in HR or TA administrative role or experience in customer service / administrative role
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, primarily Outlook, Excel, and Power Point.
